According to a recent, independent survey conducted by research house Objectivity to benchmark the performance of South Africa’s advertising agencies, Fine Healthcare Strategic Marketing Services – a consultancy specialising in marketing communication solutions for the healthcare industry – is performing above the general advertising & specialised medical agency sector norms. In fact, according to the Objectivity research, Fine Healthcare exceeded its clients’ expectations in virtually every category of performance!
The survey, which was conducted telephonically by Objectivity, involved a respondent base of approximately 2 000 individuals and used a standard questionnaire to rank agencies’ performance in several categories such as content and creativity; administration; client service; strategic planning; industry knowledge; understanding of client and target markets; speed of delivery; discipline; media services; promotion and design services; results achieved; cost; and culture and image. In almost all categories measured, Fine Healthcare received above-the-norm ratings from its clients, most notably in client service, turnaround times, strategic planning, discipline, culture and image, administration, content and creativity.
