The Challenge Afrox, a process driven company bought a hospital group that historically had a corporate culture that was emotionally and care driven. The employees were unsure of their futures in the wake of the merger. A new identity and corporate culture needed to be created that would be in acknowledgement and encompassing of both companies history and objectives.
